Madden, Robert "Bob"
1950-2017
It is with great sorrow that Robert passed peacefully at the Timmins and District Hospital in the Palliative Care Unit surrounded by those he loved on Wednesday March 8, 2017 at the age of 66 years. Bob is survived by his wife Lise Potvin Madden, his son Kallen Potvin Madden (Deanne) and his daughter Melissa Madden. He will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters: Lorraine Hanley (late Frank), John Madden (Lise), Shannon Tessier (Claude), Marcel Madden (Diane), Wayne Madden, Claude Madden, Linda Rioux (Richard) and Kelly Madden (Sue). Also left to mourn are his numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Ida (1974) and Alfred Madden (1983), his sister Lena Madden (1978) and his brother Maxime Gagnon "Colo". Our most heartfelt thanks goes out to the staff on medical floor and the palliative care unit at the Timmins and District Hospital for being there during this difficult time. Bob will be sadly missed by all of those who loved him especially his precious Pearl, Angel and Chicka at home. Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2017 from the chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home (Msgr. Pat Lafleur officiating). Remembrance donations to Timmins and District Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1:45 p.m. on Monday at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
