Obituary for Norah D. Capeless

Norah D. Capeless
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Norah Capeless at the Timmins & District Hospital on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at the age of 78 years. Predeceased by her husband Roger (2008), her parents Florence & Cecil Richardson and her brother Ronnie. Loving mother of Debbie Finnerty (Neil), Delores Capeless and Bruce Capeless (Alma). Cherished grandmother of Taylor Finnerty, Kelsey Capeless-Roy and Draythany Capeless. Special Gramma to Shane and Ryan Richardson and their mother Lynne. Dear sister of Jim (Slim) Richardson. Our mom loved to go out to the mall and be with her friend Lorna Mackay. She was proud to be a lifetime resident of Schumacher and instilled that love in her children. Norah worked at Blaheys and Consumers Co-op in Schumacher for many years. Mom battled her illness with courage and strength. We will miss her always. A special thanks to the TDH Long-term Care Unit staff who took excellent care of our mom. Also thanks to her friend Denise Boudreau for the care and compassion shown to mom. She loved your visits and stories.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Norah's life will be held at a later date. Remembrance donations to a Charity of Choice would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins
