The family announces with sorrow her death at the Golden Manor on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the age of 93 years. Predeceased by her husband Willie Chilton. Loving mother of Robert Chilton (Betty) of Moose Factory, Susan McLeod (Elmer) of Sudbury, Linda Trapper (Sinclair) of Moose Factory, Earl Chilton of London (Pearl Chilton of Moose Factory) and Patrick Chilton (Audrey) of Timmins. Cherished grandmother of 31 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Sister of Susie Moses, Jimmy Linklater, Thomas Linklater, Eleanor McLeod, Mary Auger, Bertha Faries, Ernie Linklater, Shirley Iserhoff, Bobby Linklater, Pauline Gunner and James MacDonald. She will be missed by her special friend Ralph Costante and by her daughters-in-law Maureen and Harriet Chilton. Predeceased by her daughter Minnie Cheechoo, her sons Edward, Bert and infant Allan and his twin, by her grandsons Michael and David and by her brothers Munroe, Joel, Alex and Bill. The family wish to thank the staff on East 1 at the Golden Manor for their loving care and compassion over the last few years. A funeral service will be held in Moose Factory on Friday, March 23, 2018. Remembrance donations to the Golden Manor would be greatly appreciated.
