The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Gordon Smith can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: John Powers
Condolence: Lynne, so sorry to hear of Gord's passing. I still have many fond memories of the cottage, how he took me for my first(and last) partridge hunting experience and how patient and kind he always was to us. My girls always looked forward to a visit with "Grandpa Gord". He was a true stand-up guy and he'll always be remembered for his love of a good laugh and the example he set for those around him. All the best, John & Joanna
PS. Mom sends a hug and wishes to let you know she's thinking of you as well.

Condolence: We loved Gordon---met him in Casa Grande, AZ, USA. We had the great opportunity to visit him in Timmins and he organized a float plane to take us to a remote place to fish!! What an experience. He had a great smile and never complained. I had the joy of helping him thru some health issues when he was in AZ. We will always have fond memories of him. We loved him. Cal and Mary.
